Flag Football Grades K-1 and 2-3rd
The PAL Flag football program is broken down into two levels. The K-1 and 2-3rd grade levels are designed for a fun format involving on-field instruction and a non-travel environment. The players are instructed on stances, rules, and all play.

The season lasts for 8 weeks with an end of season celebration.
