The objectives of the program are to develop skills, sportsmanship, teamwork and discipline. Overview

We are trying to hold tryouts during the last week of September and first week of October. They will either be outdoors or indoors depending on whether or not we are able to use the middle school gymnasiums. More details on the specific dates and times will be coming out shortly.
After the tryouts, teams will be comprised of 10-12 players. Initially there will be between 2-3 practices per week taking place at Park and Terrill Middle Schools or Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School. Practices will begin in the beginning of November and our practice times are Monday – Friday from 6 to 9 pm and on Saturday from 10 – 7. Games will begin in December and run through March, each team will play between 15-25 games. Games can be played any day of the week Monday – Sunday. Each team will play away and home games. Travel to away games is usually around a ½ hour ride. Once games begin practices will be reduced to 1 or 2 times per week. Each team can expect to play between 1-2 games per week.
